Summer food…

Table of Plenty…

The garden is exploding at the moment.   This is just a sampling of some of the produce I harvested on the weekend.  By next weekend there will be: Corn; Cucumbers; Kale; Tomatoes (3 varieties); and Carrots Every week there is another bunch of chillies.  I’ll add some to a batch of pesto this weekend…
