When it’s wet outside, make it (d)rye…

After working on the guest cottage this morning I went back to the main house for some lunch. Being stuck inside on a wet weekend is also a good opportunity for me to practice baking sourdough.

I’m pretty happy how this one turned out.

There is a huge difference in quality between the light, highly processed regular store bought bread and a dense, organic home baked loaf like this.
